Recruitment Days will run from 9 March to 22 March. We know full availability may not be possible, so we welcome flexible commitments—whether that’s one or two weeks or set days (e.g., Tuesdays and Thursdays).

The Role
The Project
Each year, Equinor hosts Apprenticeship Assessment Centres, known as Recruitment Days, to select its next intake of apprentices. These professionally run events include interviews, presentations, and digital group exercises, all designed by AMS.
As part of the process, AMS provides skilled recruiters and facilitators to work alongside Equinor’s hiring managers, ensuring a collaborative and rewarding experience.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
- Review materials in advance
- Facilitate interviews
- Partner with Equinor assessors to support evaluation and decision-making
- Contribute feedback during wash-up sessions
Skills & Experience
You’ll need to demonstrate:
Must haves:
- Fluency in Norwegian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong interviewing experience and confidence working with hiring managers
- Quiet workspace and reliable broadband
- Availability for agreed dates within the project period
