Assess (directly or supporting local teams) outcomes from testing laboratories and drive conclusions; /li liPerform risk assessments as necessary; /li liServe as the primary point of contact for the local packaging organizations and support educational initiatives; /li liSupport implementation/maintenance of a system to keep detailed records of necessary information about FCMs, including Declarations of Compliance (DoCs) and other relevant documentation; /li liBuild and maintain a network of external service providers (e.g., testing laboratories, legislation monitoring, trainings..); /li liCollaborate within the Group RD Packaging Sustainability Compliance team to streamline the overall Packaging Compliance process. /li /ul h3bOur Perfect Candidate /b /h3 ul liDegree in a scientific discipline (food science, material science, chemistry or chemistry and pharmaceutical technology/Pharmacy or biology/biotechnology, toxicology or others); /li li8 years of proven success in a similar position within an international setting, including a minimum of 3 years in the Food Industry; /li liIn-depth understanding of food contact regulations, standards, and testing methodologies, and their practical application; /li liStrong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail; /li liExcellent documentation and record-keeping skills; /li liExcellent time-management, organizational and project management skills; /li liDemonstrated ability to persuade and motivate others, fostering collaboration and securing buy-in for initiatives; /li liAbility to effectively identify and communicate risks and opportunities related to packaging compliance to non-technical stakeholders; /li liAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and culturally diverse team environment; /li liCapacity to prioritize and complete projects and tasks, exercising independent judgment, initiative, and discretion; /li liExperience in managing highly confidential matters. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
