Role Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual for a full-time position as an Italian Dual Citizenship Lawyer. You will be responsible for managing our clients' Italian citizenship applications from start to finish. This includes providing expert guidance on the application process, collaborating with Italian and foreign authorities, assisting clients with documentation, and representing the client in court if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Italian dual citizenship applications by descent for clients, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Italian citizenship by descent, including the best application path to follow based on each case and the necessary documents.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and agencies on behalf of clients to facilitate the application process and support them in obtaining the required documents.
- Submit Italian citizenship applications on behalf of clients and represent them in court if necessary.
- Conduct thorough research and stay updated on changes to Italian citizenship by descent laws and regulations.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information and support.
- Utilize project management skills to efficiently manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and applications.
Requirements
- Hold a law degree, preferably with a focus on immigration law.
- Registered with the Italian Bar Association.
- Fluency in both English and Italian is essential (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using internet tools and technology for research and communication purposes.
