Experteer Overview In this role you drive payroll tax due diligence and advisory for complex transactions and mobility cases within a collaborative tax practice. You will analyze payroll, social security, and compensation elements to ensure compliant tax treatment across international contexts. You'll work with cross-functional teams to support M&A, restructurings, and global mobility initiatives, contributing to a growing EMEA tax practice. Retribuzione / Benefits Support payroll due diligence in M&A, carve-outs, and restructurings
Analyze employee payroll for correct tax and social security application
Assist in managing social security requirements for international movements and mobility
Support compensation & benefits matters, including tax treatment and taxable base for equity plans and fringe benefits
Provide assistance on global mobility payroll matters
Responsabilità Master's degree in Economics, Law, or related disciplines
Qualification or trainee status as Dottore Commercialista or Consulente del Lavoro
2-3 years of experience in a leading consulting firm or prominent tax/legal practice
Hands-on experience in payroll due diligence and compensation & benefits
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labour-law-driven requirements
Fluent English; ability to operate in international contexts and draft technical documentation
Quick learner, diligent, adaptable, ready to take on new challenges
