What You Will Do The Senior Sales Associate will join our team reporting to the Store Manager. You will build relationships with customers and maximize sales opportunities, while maintaining store standards in terms of image, product, and operations, and delivering the Versace customer experience. Business & Client Management – partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets. Strive to increase brand and product knowledge. Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs. Take action to maximize sales opportunities across all categories. Embrace and promote the Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff. Build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management through effective communication. Ensure superlative customer service standards to meet customer expectations. Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele. Deliver the ultimate Versace experience to increase customer loyalty. Drive results through an elevated customer experience both during and after sale service. Engage in CRM activities, capture customer data consistently. Proactively take actions to maintain long‐term relationships with customers. Participate in the organization of in‐store and promotional events. Implement and manage the boutique's community outreach program to maintain active social relationships with clients. Operations: manage stock and back‐room efficiently; perform goods receiving, transferring, stock takes, arrangement, and reporting. Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures. Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained per company directives and participate in VM set‐up. What You'll Need To Have 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury. Creative skills and an eye for fashion and attention to detail. High level of knowledge of trends. Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve results. Strong networking and people‐engagement ability. Elevated customer service skills; a fashion expert with a passion for sales. Positive, outgoing, high‐energy personality that thrives in a fast‐paced environment and can multi‐task. Strong relationship‐building skills and ability to maintain long‐term relationships with clients and community, understanding market needs and changes. Team‐player attitude.
