Responsibilities
- Support clients during pre-sales and project phases, helping gather requirements and contribute to solution definition.
- Design end-to-end ERP solutions across supply chain, purchasing, finance & controlling, and other key business areas, ensuring alignment with client needs and best practices.
- Act as a reference point for clients on functional topics, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee and contribute to testing and validation activities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Deliver training sessions to enable clients to effectively use the implemented solutions.
- Provide ongoing technical support and act as a reference point for functional and process-related questions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date on ERP trends and contribute to evolving Arsenalia’s offering with innovative, client‑centric solutions.
Qualifications
- At least 7+ years of hands‑on experience with one or more SAP modules: MM, PP, SD, FI, CO.
- Participation in at least 3 full‑cycle implementations, from solution design to go‑live.
- Experience with S/4HANA.
- Good understanding of cross‑module SAP integrations.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional ERP solutions with a strong focus on process optimization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with ERP trends, tools, and best practices.
- Team‑player attitude, with a collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge across teams.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt solutions to different business models.
- Knowledge of reporting tools and data analytics within ERP environments.
- Certifications in SAP or related technologies.
- Experience with ABAP.
- Open to short, medium, and long‑term travel to client sites.
- Strong analytical thinking and solid organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and flexibility in dynamic environments.
Salary & Benefits
The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €48 000 to €60 000 and may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
