For the Global Marketing team of a client company, we are currently managing the search for the Head of Brand Partnerships
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to lead and scale marketing and sponsorship partnerships as a strategic growth and innovation lever. The focus is on brand collaborations, sponsorships and cultural partnerships that elevate the brand, unlock new audiences, and bring fresh, innovative thinking into the business.
The Head of Brand Partnership will identify and activate partnerships that go beyond visibility—creating platforms for innovation, experimentation, and brand relevance in culture—and take them through to execution and measurable impact.
Define the brand partnerships and sponsorship strategy aligned with marketing and business priorities
Identify high-impact partnership opportunities across brands, platforms, media, events, and cultural ecosystems
Map and build a strong external network across lifestyle brands, entertainment, media, and cultural players
Structure partnerships focused on brand visibility, core audience growth and strategic positioning
Secure sponsorships, co-marketing agreements, and brand collaborations
Drive the activation of partnerships across campaigns, content,and brand initiatives
End to end execution, leading and shaping project teams and collaborating with agencies for final deliveryand case studysummary
Collaborate with brand, content, and project teams to bring partnerships to life at high creative standards
Define brand and business KPIs
Track and evaluatepartnership performance across brand and business impact
Work closelywith marketing strategy,brand, content, and local teams
Inspire and manage project teams to execute the partnerships
8+ years of experience in brand partnerships or sponsorships marketing collaborations
~ Proven track record of delivering high-impact partnerships with measurable brand and business outcomes
~ Strong networkacross brands, media,events, or culturalecosystems
~ Strong understanding of brand building through partnerships
~ Great experience in both retail and online world
~ Experience in fmcg, lifestyle, travel, or consumer brands is a plus
~ Curious about culture, brands, and new trends
