Apply now for the position of Product Sales Expert (PSE) CLS – Central Lab Solution. The role is based in Northern Italy, preferably in Piemonte, Lombardia, or Veneto. You’ll join the Sales organization and report to the Sales Support Manager and you’ll provide technical‑specialist consultancy, gathering customer needs and developing the best solution using the Siemens Healthineers CLS product portfolio in the fields of Automation, Clinical Chemistry and Immunometry. Your role You will regularly visit active customers to provide specialist clinical support, monitor customer satisfaction levels, and develop new opportunities. You’ll proactively work with the team (consisting of Territory Sales functions, Marketing, Project Management, and Consulting Solution) to identify business opportunities based on current opportunities. You’ll define intervention priorities and support activities based on current opportunities, sharing the action plan with the relevant Territory Manager, and involving all necessary company functions when needed. You’ll analyze the customer's organizational and technological situation (workflow analysis) and configure the best solution to meet customer needs. You’ll effectively present products/solutions to the customer, highlighting the differentiating elements of the proposal. You’ll create a network with laboratory managers and sector Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). You’ll contribute to the training and constant updating and support of the sales force. You’ll produce detailed reports on project progress according to the agreed schedule with the various company functions. You’ll develop technical and project proposals in response to public tenders and negotiations with private customers. You’ll contribute to the formulation of economic offers, particularly regarding analytical configuration and consumables. You’ll collect data on competitors and monitor market dynamics. For highly complex projects: You’ll leverage the technology within the product portfolio to present innovative solutions and projects (Automation, AI, Digital IT, Business Intelligence and Robotics). You’ll develop solutions using VSM (Value Selling Methodology). You’ll design new layouts by making the best use of technical drawing tools (CAD/Visio and 3D layouts). Your expertise and requirements Experienced professional with at least 5 years of similar previous expertise in the Diagnostics sector, specifically in Core Lab Solutions, including Immunochemistry, Chemistry and Automation. Demonstrated expertise in cross‑functional environments, providing commercial expertise and innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Office Package knowledge. Fluent in English written and spoken. Based in North Italy – preferably in Piemonte, Lombardia or Veneto. Availability to travel (up to 50% of working time) within the Italian country. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in complex organizational settings with a matrix structure.
