Your opportunity
You will lead the development and implementation of World Class Manufacturing and Total Quality programs within Supply Chain, ensuring consistent quality across all product lines and all manufacturing entities. This role is pivotal in establishing and sustaining global standards through structured methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, TQM) and WCM pillars implementation. By embedding a culture of continuous improvement and compliance, you will ensure the supply chain operates with maximum efficiency, minimal risk, and full alignment to customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Your Mission
Strategy and governance:
1. Design and deploy the World Class Manufacturing Program to maximise the execution of Supply Chain top priorities
2. Secure best in class Quality Mgmt System, in sync with Group Quality Mgmt Systems and WCM pillars
3. Define global standards, KPIs and audit frameworks to measure and deploy quality and operational excellence
Leadership and capability building:
4. Build, mentor and manage the global network of CI and Quality Managers
5. Drive a cultural shift towards owneship of quality and continuous improvement at any level of the organisation
6. Lead cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration with operations, Engineering, Sourcing and S&OP.
Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence:
7. Champion continuous improvement methodologies and lead WCM projects to improve cost, delivery and quality
8. Establish WCM pillars roadmap to support local plants and regional teams in capability development and project execution
Quality Management:
9. Lead quality assurance programs in partnership with Group Quality, Factories and Sourcing
10. Lead implementation of corrective actions, in sync with Group Quality, Regions, Engineering, Factories and Sourcing
11. Drive digitalisation of Daily Management and Manuafacturing Systems
Your Profile
12. Master Degree or equivalent. Area: Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain or related technical field applied to equip. Manufacturing
13. Fluent in English (French or Italian will be considered as a plus)
Professional Qualifications and Experience :
14. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, quality, and/or operations
15. Proven track record of implementing world-class management systems across multinational organizations.
16. 6sigma black belt
17. Deep knowledge of ETO (Engineering to Orde)r processes
18. PMP professional or equivalent
