As a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be the architect of our lifecycle journeys and the technical driver of retention, nurturing, and conversion. You will design, implement, and scale omnichannel flows on HubSpot, orchestrating automations with Zapier/n8n (and similar) when needed. Your mission will be to build a measurable CRM engine that boosts LTV, conversion rate, and the end-to-end customer experience. Define dynamic segmentations (behavioral, RFM, intent) and lead scoring (demographic + behavioral), with SLA MQL→SQL in collaboration with Sales. Automation & Integrations Design and develop workflows in HubSpot (Workflows, Sequences, Custom Properties/Objects, Deals/Pipeline automation). Orchestrate automations and integrations with Zapier and/or n8n using REST APIs and webhooks to synchronize CRM, data sources, and third-party systems. Data, AI & Analytics Build dashboards on key KPIs: deliverability, OR/CTR, stage-based CVR, CAC payback, churn, LTV, retention cohorts. Integrate AI via APIs (OpenAI, Vertex AI) for content personalization, predictive scoring, conversation analysis, and next-best-action. HubSpot: hands-on experience with Marketing/Sales Hub, Workflows, Sequences, Custom Properties/Objects, Lead Scoring, Attribution/Reporting. Automation: strong operational knowledge of Zapier and/or n8n for complex workflows; Omnichannel Messaging: best practices on WhatsApp, email, and SMS (content, timing, frequency management).
