The role leads and develops the Operations organization through strong, inclusive, and people‐focused leadership, building a high‐performing management team aligned with AGCO's strategy and values.This position oversees end‐to‐end manufacturing activities in a highly complex fabrication and assembly environment, ensuring full compliance with HSE and quality standards while implementing a robust continuous improvement strategy. Your Experience and Qualifications
Extensive experience in industrial and manufacturing operations, ideally in complex metal‐mechanical environments, with strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly processes as well as end‐to‐end production flow and capacity managementProven leadership capability in managing and developing multi‐level teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and performance in fast‐paced, high‐pressure environments, including experience with Italian labor laws and Workers Council relationsStrong operational excellence mindset, with hands‐on expertise in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and the ability to drive performance across safety, quality, cost, and delivery KPIsHighly analytical and resilient, with strong problem‐solving and decision‐making skills, able to navigate complexity, operational stress, and dynamic industrial settings effectivelyStrong communication and cross‐functional collaboration skills, experienced in multinational and matrix organizations, with advanced English and fluent Italian proficiency as well as the ability to work effectively with corporate and international stakeholders
