We encourage exploration of possibilities, leveraging potential, personal development, and building lasting careers.What does the role involve?The Tender Sales Administration Specialist is responsible for submitting tenders on time and with the required quality, collecting all necessary documentation and approvals.This role covers both Tender Management and Document Management.Main activities include:Analyzing tender regulations, documentation, and requirements to verify compatibility with the company's products and services, supporting the sales team in defining technical and commercial offers;Managing customer portals during the tender phase to carry out all necessary activities;Supporting the sales team and other field functions by providing all relevant information about Hilti products and services during the bidding/tender process to highlight Hilti's value propositions. Analyzing customer tender requirements and coordinating internal functions to customize and provide the required information;Developing reports to track Hilti's performance on tenders, including missed opportunities, reasons for rejection, and proposals for improvement.Document ManagementCollecting, editing, assessing, and updating various documents such as certificates, declarations, administrative documents, customer forms, and templates related to business acquisition phases to meet customer requirements;Managing qualification processes and documentation to ensure customer requests and deadlines are met with appropriate quality;Organizing and maintaining a centralized document repository for easy retrieval and reference;Establishing and enforcing document control procedures to manage document life cycles.Hilti has been recognized as a Great Place to Work and ranked 11th in the Best Workplaces in Italy.What do we offer?We provide all necessary resources to excel in your role, including ongoing training and significant responsibilities from the start.
