In this role, you will also play a crucial role in building/enhancing overall Technogym employer branding awareness and developing a network with key talent communities for short/long-term opportunities. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liIdentify the most effective recruiting channels and manage the overall recruiting process for junior, mid, and senior profiles across several business functions /li liLiaise with HR business partners and business leaders in the subsidiaries to gain insight into short/mid/long-term business needs and talent challenges /li liUse data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting process /li liDefine strategic initiatives to build up external talent pipelines /li liRecommend continuous improvement to practices, processes, or policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function /li liProvide support to the Hiring Manager on the Talent Acquisition processes and practices /li liParticipate in global projects to support the delivery of the overall Talent Attraction strategy /li liSupport the development of innovative Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategies, establishing long-term relationships with best-in-class University and school partners /li liAct as a true Technogym brand ambassador, defining and implementing communication to increase employer brand awareness in the market /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset. /p pWhat you should bring: /p ul liMaster's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Economics, Psychology, or a similar field /li lib5-7 years’ experience /b with the full-cycle recruitment process, preferably within multinational companies and international hiring efforts. /li liKnowledge of selection techniques, recruiting strategies, channels, and assessment tools and methodologies /li liExpertise in using ATS and talent relationship management tools (SuccessFactors knowledge would be a plus) /li liKnowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and LinkedIn Advertise /li liBusiness partnership approach love of headhunting /li liStrong teamwork and the ability to listen while influencing others /li liDrive, tenacity, and a client-focused, results-oriented approach /li liFluency in English, any other language will be considered a big plus /li /ul h3Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer /h3 pTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
