Recordati est un groupe pharmaceutique mondial, coté à la bourse italienne, qui emploie plus de 4450 personnes. Nous développons et commercialisons des médicaments destinés aux personnes atteintes de maladies courantes ou de maladies plus rares dans environ 150 pays.
Vous intégrerez notre site de production de Saint Victor (03), spécialisé dans les formes orales solides, liquides et pulvérisées sous la responsabilité du Responsable Assurance Qualité pour une durée d’un an.
Mission principal
Traitement des réclamations produits.
Missions
- Aide au traitement des réclamations patients : rédaction, investigations dans les différents ateliers de fabrication et/ou conditionnement, proposition d’actions correctives et/ou préventives.
- Rédaction des bilans annuels Produit (Analyse des tendances de l'année écoulée et mise en place d'actions préventives si nécessaires).
- Aide à la rédaction de cahiers des charges pour les fournisseurs.
- Optimisation/amélioration de certain process qualité.
- Sujets ponctuels en fonction des besoins du service ou de l'entreprise.
Formations requises
Baccalauréat + 2 minimum
Compétences et expériences requises
Maîtrise du pack Office, Excel ++

Langues requises
- Français
