Your input will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring alignment between financial goals and operational strategies. /ppbYour main accountabilities will be: /b /pulliPartner with Operation leadership team to define strategy business plan. /liliDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs (in line with overall E-mobility KPI/OKR approach) and use those to improve business performance /liliOrchestrate financial planning (long-term, annual), quarterly forecasting and target setting. Run business and performance reviews /liliProvide guidance and oversight on capital expenditures, restructuring, acquisitions/divestitures, and other projects as required /liliProvide business performance analytics to identify financial trends, highlight risk and opportunities and ensure operational coordination /liliDrive financial performance improvement initiatives throughout business (cost reduction, asset management, capital efficiency, productivity, etc /liliDrives continuous improvements in efficiency and across area of responsibility. Identifies and implements Finance Best Practices /liliManage and closely monitor the cash flow taking actions to improve Net Working Capital /liliPerform monthly, quarterly annual reporting and closing in line with overall E-mobility standards, guidance, and objectives /liliAssure compliance with and enforcement of finance directives and instructions of ABB E-mobility, including Accounting and Reporting Guidelines /liliEnsure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures /liliOversee implementation of internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations /liliSupport internal and external audits /liliAssure proper risk management procedures and controls /liliSupport risk assessment of business decisions based on knowledge of local regulations, customers, markets, and overall interest of ABB E-mobility /liliLead the finance team within Operation and facilitate active engagement and networking.
