This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Multi-Channel Manager - REMOTE. In this dynamic role, you will drive direct sales for innovative products and shape the region's strategic sales direction. Collaborating closely with management, you will develop new accounts and exceed sales targets, fostering strong client relationships. Accountabilities
* Achieve and exceed sales targets within your defined territory.
* Develop and execute annual territory and account plans using CRM systems.
* Utilize support platforms for healthcare provider marketing and education.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to highlight scientific data.
* Sell products through presentations, promotional activities, and events.
* Create tailored commercial strategies and account plans for clients.
* Analyse sales data and market potential regularly.
* Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
* Attend sales meetings to align with corporate objectives.
* Contribute insights to regional business planning based on customer feedback.
* Ensure accurate tracking of activities in the CRM system.
* Maintain compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
* Stay updated on clinic data to support customers effectively.
* Work remotely with flexibility to balance personal and professional life.
* Travel up to 50% to meet customers and engage with stakeholders.
Requirements
* 5 years of relevant experience in aesthetics or related sales fields.
* Full clean driving license required.
* Passionate about building and innovating in fast-paced environments.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Fluency in business English and German.
* Must hold valid Pharmareferent accreditation.
