Ph3SUMMARY OF ROLE /h3 pProject Manager is responsible for handling company's ongoing projects. She/he will work closely with project team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. /p h3PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pThe Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope of work allocated, completing within the time, budget and cash targets, whilst optimizing the margin for the company. She/he is also responsible for: /p ul liinitiate a project: develop a Project Execution Strategy, ensuring resource availability and allocation; develop a detail overall project schedule (plan), updating it to reflect progress and optimize work and resolve problems; /li liuse appropriate metrics (including financial) to track project performances; /li licoordinate all activities for the allocated scope including engineering, procurement logistics, erection and commissioning; /li limanage claims and change order to/from customers and sub‑suppliers during project execution; /li limanage the relationship / communication with the client and all stakeholders; /li limanagement of risks and opportunities by the implementation of appropriate action plans with the aim to minimize project risks and improving the project margin; /li licreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to the company procedure processes; /li lireport and escalate to management as needed. /li /ul h3EDUCATION /h3 pDegree in Engineering and/or Business Management or High school graduation /p h3Specific knowledge and skills /h3 pAs a project manager, it is requested to follow a standard process, as defined by the Project Management Institute (refer to table 1).
