About the role
As part of the European Service Center’s Financial Reporting Italy team, the Junior Accountant Reporting Intern supports routine accounting and monthly and quarterly reporting activities. Key responsibilities include:
* Perform analysis and reconciliation activities in compliance with company policies, relevant accounting standards (IFRS), and Italian civil and tax regulations.
* Support the preparation of reporting and information for external bodies such as the Bank of Italy, Istat, Board of Statutory Auditors, and Audit Firms, as well as internal control bodies.
* Participate with the manager in the preparation of Italian statutory financial statements.

Candidate Profile
* Economics or Management Engineering degree.
* Good knowledge of Italian general accounting principles and IFRS.
* Proficient in Excel.
* Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
* Problem‑solving capacity and proactive mindset.
* SAP knowledge is a plus.
