What You'll do
As FP&A Controller, you will be part of our Finance Team based in Milan.
In this role, you will hold a Senior FP&A Controlling position, responsible for driving financial performance through forecasting, forward-looking financial analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and key cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Logistics, AMS, and others), to support decision-making with high-quality financial insights. You will also collaborate directly with Global Finance partners, acting as a financial counterpart across the organization.
You will have primary responsibility for the Italian market, with frequent involvement in supporting additional Market Organizations within Southern Europe Hub. Your scope will include end-to-end ownership of Performance Management Cycle, ensuring financial targets are translated into clear, measurable actions.
The role is strongly hands-on: you will also lead performance monitoring, variance and trend analysis, and management reporting, providing clear visibility on results versus plan. You will identify risks and opportunities, track margin and productivity initiatives, and actively follow up with stakeholders to ensure delivery against financial commitments.
You will report to the E4 FP&A Controlling Manager and be an integral member of the Southern Europe Controlling & Reporting team.
Your main activities will be:
1. Identify and drive financial improvement opportunities
2. Act as P&L guardian and support rolling forecasts
3. Partner with cross-functional departments
4. Prepare business updates and management reports
5. Lead FP&A process improvement initiatives
6. Support ad-hoc finance projects and analysis

Master degree in Economics/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting
Data driven and analytical
Fluent English and Italian
Excellent MS Excel and Office skills and familiarity with SAP
2+ years of professional experience in related roles
