Head of Boarding Milan, IT ROLE SUMMARY The Head of Boarding will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management, and strategic development of the boarding house, which currently accommodates 63 students from Grade 10 to Grade 13 across the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP). The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of pastoral care, student wellbeing, and personal development within a warm, inclusive, and structured environment.
