Among the main activities are: inspection activities, review of practices, and resolution activities. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliDocument Review: Verify the documents of the customer management system, including manuals, procedures, instructions, files, records, and technical documents, to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. /liliAudit Participation: Participate in and conduct audits, which involve conducting interviews, taking comprehensive notes, and evaluating the implementation of management systems. /liliAudit Result Definition: Identify and define audit results (positive and negative outcomes such as non-conformities, opportunities for improvement). /liliTechnical Review: Carry out a technical review of audit files, providing insights and recommendations for certification decisions. /liliSkills Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date skills, qualifications, and certifications by staying informed about industry standards, regulations, and best practices. /liliData Management: Maintain updated records of customer data and other information relevant to the audit process. /liliCustomer Focus: Demonstrate a strong customer focus by understanding and responding to customer requests and needs.
