Responsibilities Responsible for vehicle repair, maintenance, and roadside assistance; maintain accuraterepair records; ensure repair quality and guarantee a high first-time repair success rate. During repair delivery, communicate proactively with customers, understand their needs, provide customized solutions, and involve relevant personnel for support when necessary. Proactively pursue advanced repair skills through training courses, regularly attend company-organized training sessions and technical exchange meetings, continuously improve personal professional skills and problem-solving abilities, and obtain certification.
