This position plays a key role in ensuring business continuity, strengthening the technical infrastructure, and supporting ongoing transformation and security initiatives.ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & Systems AdministrationManage, maintain, and optimize Windows Server and Windows 11 client environments including Group Policies, security hardening, patch management, system upgrades, and OS image deployment.Oversee and administer the VMware ESXi/vCenter virtualization platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and optimized resource allocation.Maintain and support the full backup and recovery ecosystem using Veeam, including tape, NAS, retention policies, and restoration procedures.Administer core infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SQL, and domain controller operations.Network ManagementSupport the maintenance and configuration of the network environment, including firewalls, routers, and switches, in alignment with global security standards.Monitor network performance and availability using enterprise tools (e.g., PRTG).Coordinate with external service providers for troubleshooting, upgrades, and scheduled activities.Ensure proper cabling, patching, and hardware
