The company operates a distributed, automated infrastructure and is scaling rapidly in a multi-entity, international environment.Building an AI-native finance organization is a strategic priority.About The RoleReporting directly to the CFO, the Group Financial Controller will own group accounting, reporting, consolidation and controls across multiple legal entities. This is a senior, hands-on role for a finance leader capable of structuring, scaling and automating finance operations in a deep-tech context.Strong, proven experience leveraging AI in accounting operations is mandatory.The role is not about maintaining legacy processes, but about designing an AI-first accounting function.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn monthly, quarterly and annual group close and consolidationDeliver accurate management accounts, board and investor reportingEnsure IFRS / local GAAP compliance across jurisdictionsDefine and enforce group accounting policies and internal controlsLead and optimize NetSuite ERP across the group (NetSuite is a must-have)Drive automation and AI adoption (reconciliations, anomaly detection, journal automation, close acceleration)Manage audits, statutory compliance and intercompany processesPartner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives and growthRequired Experience & Profile8–12+ years in accounting / financial controlStrong experience in multi-entity, international environments xivgfpxBackground in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure or deep-tech companiesNetSuite expert (+++)Ma
