As a key member of our team, you will assist raters and team leads in routine tasks. Enter data into customers' files, gather and send documents.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as a part-time employee. The ideal candidate will possess basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong typing skills and excellent communication skills.
1. Clerical Tasks: Assist in gathering information, documentation, photocopying, faxing, splitting, etc.
2. Data Entry/Scanning: Perform data entry/scanning duties.
3. Customer Support: Answer phone calls from partners and other offices.
4. Administrative Support: Assist raters in general office duties: reports, forms, claims, etc.
5. Imaging Station Operation: Operate scanning station for imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather information and document relevant details.
* Enter data into customers' files and perform data entry/scanning duties.
* Provide exceptional customer support by answering phone calls from partners and other offices.
* Assist raters in administrative tasks, including report preparation, form completion, and claims processing.
* Operate the imaging station for efficient document management.

Working Hours and Location:
This part-time position requires 25 hours per week, with working hours from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The location is Seriate (BG).
