This position is perfect for a collaborative, people‑focused professional who enjoys being hands‑on and making an impact. This position pays $65,000–$70,000/year and is direct‑hire.This is a high‑visibility HR role where you’ll act as a trusted partner to leadership, drive recruiting efforts, and support employee relations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.Typical daily duties:Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, supporting employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining accurate HR records and supporting auditsPartner with hiring managers on recruiting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning initiativesCoordinate and deliver onboarding, compliance, and leadership training while supporting employee development effortsPromote workplace safety by supporting training, incident investigations, and OSHA compliance initiativesAdminister benefits, leave programs (FMLA/ADA), HRIS updates (ADP Workforce Now), and assist with payroll coordinationWhat we’re looking for:Associate’s Degree preferred and experience in a manufacturing environment strongly desiredStrong recruiting background with hands‑on hiring support experienceKnowledge of employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HRIS systemsAbility to partner with leadership and work collaboratively across multiple locationsTo be considered for this Human Resources Generalist opening in Milo, ME, please contact us using any of the methods below.
