PbWho we are /b /ppRod Society is the platform to book epic fishing experiences all over the world. /ppWe started in June 2024 and, fully bootstrapped, reached 150k GMV in 12 months. /ppWe closed a 200k round and are now preparing to become the global reference for recreational fishing. /ppbr/ppWe currently operate in 5 countries: Italy, France, Spain, New Zealand, and Argentina, and we collaborate with more than 40 professional guides. Our goal is to reach 30 countries and 500 guides within the next 2 years. /ppbr/ppbYou'll be a good fit if /b /ppYou’ve worked in startups and want to launch one yourself someday. /ppYou’re passionate about automations, and Lovable felt like a blessing because you could finally build without having to code from scratch. /ppYou enjoy international environments and see an early-stage startup as a chance to learn everything and help build a global success story. /ppbr/ppbWhat you'll do /b /ppThis is a product-oriented role for someone comfortable with n8n, basic coding, and vibe coding, who will help us scale Rod Society to €1M in revenue. Hard skills are important, but the product environment is evolving so quickly that an adaptive mindset, a willingness to learn, and a hackish approach matter the most. /ppThis position can turn you into an all-around product builder, if you’re not one yet. /ppbr/ppVery concretely, in the next two months we will work on: /pullibData Infrastructure /b (Supabase): consolidating our SQL database as a single source of truth. Migrating data from Sheets and creating a scalable schema. /lilibCheckout Architecture /b (Stripe + Lovable): setting up checkout flows in Lovable with metadata passed to Stripe to ensure automatic payment tracking. /lilibThe Automation “Brain” /b (n8n): creating workflows connecting Stripe, Supabase, and Brevo (or Looms if you like it better). Automating booking creation, payment confirmations, and error alerts. /lilibCRM Marketing Automation /b (Brevo): real-time contact sync and automated sales pipelines (transactional emails, travel PDFs, and follow-ups without manual intervention). /lilibOperational Backoffice /b (Lovable): Building an Admin Dashboard to manage bookings and confirm trips with one click. /li /ulpbr/ppLooking ahead, this role is about jumping on any opportunity to speed up the sales cycle, improve our client service, and optimize the work of our guides. /ppbr/ppbWhat we offer /b /ppWe are still in a pre-seed stage, the salary can’t compete with a corporate or a scale-up, but there is equity. Being the first tech / product hire, on that side, we’ll be generous. /p
