PpNidec Conversion is hiring Pre Sales ( Proposal) for Cinisello Balsamo site. /p pThe resource will be assigned within the technical-commercial department related to Power system business unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing the offer preparation, including technical sizing and cost evaluation/analysis. Strong commitment in transversal activities, such as interaction with RD, Electrical Engineering and Sales teams is mandatory. The candidate shall contact suppliers for quotations, technical alignment and offer optimization in order to improve the quotation package. /p pThe candidate will: /p ol liReceive Customer’s RFQ from the sales department /li liInterpret Customer’s request and identify Customer’s needs. /li /ol pAnalyze of input documentation (Customer specifications and technical bid) /p ol liIdentify the technical solution best fitting the functional and performance requirements (also using various simulation tools for steady state and transient network study) with the lower cost. /li liEstimate the costs of internal and external material, equipment, works and services, constituting the technical solution. /li liKeep contacts with suppliers in coordination with supply chain team. /li liEstimate the workload required by the project in terms of Application Engineering, RD and Project Management. /li liPrepare detailed documentation to support a bid for a project. /li /ol pMake remarks and comments to customer project specification relevant to the proposed solution. /p ol liWork closely with sales and technical teams to provide a complete and competitive technical solution. /li liParticipate in Customer meetings for such as solution presentation, technical clarification, etc. /li /ol h3REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE /h3 pEducation and Qualifications /p ol liUniversity Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience. /li liMS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. /li liSAP, AutoCad, and any Network Analyzing Tool (Neplan) are preferential title. /li /ol pExperience Knowledge /p ol liTechnical background in Medium voltage Power Conversion. /li liKnowledge in Single line Diagram: interpretation, creation, modification, etc… /li liKnowledge in MV equipment: Circuit breakers, Air core reactors, Transformers, Switchgears, Disconnector switches, etc… /li liMinimum 2 years in similar positions. /li /ol h3ABOUT US /h3 pNidec Conversion is a $600M Business Unit of Nidec Corporation, a $18 Billion+ global company, headquartered in Milan (Italy) and footprint in more than 10 countries.
