The role
We’re looking for a Community Manager to join the team at our Isola campus in Milan.
Your mission will be to cultivate an engaging, inclusive, and dynamic environment—strengthening connections, driving community initiatives, and bringing the Talent Garden experience to life every day.
Responsibilities
1. Welcome members and guests, supporting front desk operations and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
2. Build strong relationships through regular :s, helping members connect and grow within our ecosystem
3. Plan and deliver community events—workshops, networking, informal meetups, and talks
4. Coordinate with colleagues to deliver sponsorship activities across the campus
5. Create and share newsletters and communications to promote events and community highlights
6. Manage the community budget, ensuring effective use of resources with a focus on ROI
7. Collaborate with the Sales team to amplify business opportunities for the campus
8. Use internal tools and Talent Garden offerings to create value for members and partners
9. Stay informed on local innovation trends and events to keep the community inspired
10. Solve day-to-day challenges with the Hospitality Manager to maintain a vibrant coworking space
11. Support the Calabiana campus when needed, ensuring alignment and collaboration across locations
About you
Ideally, you have at least years of experience in similar roles and are a naturally social person who energizes others, becomes a point of reference, and contributes to a vibrant community atmosphere.

16. Design and deliver impactful events, from ideation to execution, tailored to the needs and energy of your audience
17. Manage budgets with attention to detail and ownership, ensuring resources are used effectively and responsibly
18. Create and plan content strategically, using digital tools to craft newsletters, editorial calendars, and community updates
19. Stay focused, organized, and collaborative even in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
20. Are based in Milan and available to be physically present at our Isola campus on a daily basis (Piazza Città di Lombardia, )
21. Communicate fluently in both Italian (native level) and spoken and written English
