Responsibilities
Collaborate with the production team and supporting functions to effectively manage the deviation management process.Take proactive steps to enhance and improve daily governance within the team.Contribute to the continuous improvement of local procedures and processes, ensuring alignment with best practices.Actively monitor and drive the growth of continuous improvement capabilities within the assigned team.Assist in the development and utilization of relevant business performance indicators to optimize process management.Develop expertise in Lean Six Sigma principles and practices.Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leading initiatives that promote best practices, knowledge sharing, effective collaboration, and synergies across the manufacturing group.
