You'll work closely with a Solution Architect, Functional Consultants and SMEs to help shape the future operating model across Planning, Scheduling and Field Service processes.What you'll do
Lead and document workshops with business SMEsAnalyse as-is processes and design to-be flows aligned to D365 Project Operations & Field ServiceStructure requirements into epics, features, user storiesSupport PoC preparation and early solution definitionIdentify gaps, risks and dependencies for the implementation phase
What we're looking for
Strong Business Analysis background in software delivery or transformation projectsExcellent workshop, stakeholder and documentation skillsExperience in planning, scheduling, field service, service operations, or similar operational domainsAbility to challenge legacy processes and propose improvementsExposure to Dynamics 365 or other enterprise applications is beneficial
