For an international online company in the travel sector, we are looking for a “Global Staffing & Sales Planning Manager, who will take care of the Global Customer Centers planning & forecasting processes, and particularly:
1. Define GCC Plan in terms of expected interaction volumes, operative KPIs targets and necessary resources (both FTEs and economics) for each Customer Center Hub, market and sales channel,
2. Define target production KPIs to sustain sales targets for each Customer Center Hub, market and sales channel,
3. Perform monthly delta analysis between actual Vs plan to identify corrective actions and complete re-forecast process,
4. Interact with Sales Planning team to share key considerations about internal plan for channels in charge,
5. Interact with Global Customer Center Heads Of to fine tune and finalize planning and reforecast processes,
6. Interact with internal Central Unit colleagues to support rewarding process, external vendors commission calculation, internal resources cost analysis and BI reporting evolution
Requirements:
7. Senior experience (at least 7+ years) on planning processes and models
8. Proven capabilities in creating and managing simulation models
9. Ability to interact with Top Management and international stakeholders
10. Autonomous, proactive & solid team-working attitude.
11. Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with advanced specialization in Excel
12. Previous experience on Customer Centers staffing and sales planning represents a plus
13. Previous experience in consulting firms represent a plus.
14. Languages spoken: Italian, English
