Key Responsibilities
The Project Controller is a key member of the Equipment & Projects Finance team, partnering closely with the Project Management organization.
The role requires leveraging data and analysis to drive decision-making, with a continuous focus on process simplification and precision while ensuring controllership governance. You Will Be Responsible For:
partnering with Project Managers to provide governance and control on project costs; leading Project Margin Reviews to define the project margin for revenue recognition; assessing exposures, risks, and opportunities to cost estimates and requirements for specific reserves; performing detailed variance analysis versus budgets and benchmarks to identify productivity opportunities; contributing to strategic digitization & simplification projects as a team leader or member (e.g., systems implementation, cross-functional processes, RPA).
Qualifications / Requirements
have a Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent from an accredited university or college; have relevant working experience, preferably in the finance team of a multinational company; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; be fluent in English; strong oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills; ability to think strategically and with an entrepreneurial mindset; ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex issues within a matrix organization.
