PCasa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a FB Manager. /ppReporting to the General Manager, the FB Manager will be in charge of both FB and Culinary departments. /ppThis position supports the smooth running of daily FB operations across the restaurant, room service, events, and culinary teams. culinary teams. /li liMonitoring guest satisfaction and train associates to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests. /li liOversee all aspects of team management, including recruitment, training, performance management. /li liEnsure application and compliance with company standards and procedures. /li liEnsure application and compliance all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations. /li liAssist in tracking FB costs and revenues and support the team in meeting financial goals. /li /ulpstrongCORE WORK ACTIVITIES /strong /ppstrongLeading Food and Beverage Team /strong /pul liOversees all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations. /li liSupervises and manages employees. /li liUtilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and culture and implement brand and company standards accordingly. /li liMonitor and action on guest satisfaction surveys and reviews ensuring quality goals are met. /li liDrives alignment of all employees, team leaders and managers to the brand#39;s service culture. /li liTakes ownership of a guest complaint/problem until it is resolved. /li liEnsure services are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention. /li liImproves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, training, feedback, and individual coaching when needed. /li liServes as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors. /li liManages day-to-day operations, drives quality, and verifies standards are meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis. /li /ul pstrongAccounting and Purchasing /strong /pul liEnsure accurate tracking and reconciliation of FB costs by overseeing inventory management, daily revenue reports, and cost control measures in alignment with hotel accounting standards. /li liSupport procurement processes for food, beverages, and supplies, including vendor selection, purchase order approvals, ensuring compliance to company standards and cost-efficiency. /li liCollaborate with Finance and Purchasing departments to maintain budget compliance, monitor expenditure trends, and support monthly financial reporting and forecasting for the FB division. /li /ul pstrongManaging and Conducting Human Resource Activities /strong /pul liProvides guidance and direction to subordinates by conducting performance reviews in a timely manner. /li liPromotes both Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door policies. /li liIdentifies the developmental needs of others and coaches, mentors, or otherwise helps others to improve their knowledge or skills. /li liDeliver discipline, brand and company trainings and ensure compliance with company mandatory trainings. /li liOversees and coordinates the recruitment process to ensure timely and effective staffing across all departments based on operational needs and workforce planning. /li liCoordinate requests and scheduling of casual staff /li /ul pstrongAdditional Responsibilities /strong /pul liEnsure associates stays informed and updated on department and hotel information, events, performance etc. /li liDrives effective departmental and hotel level involvement /li /ul pstrongWhat you’ll need: /strong /pul liExperience managing daily FB operations in upscale or luxury hospitality. /li liAbility to lead and support teams across restaurant, room service, and events. /li liProven ability to motivate, coach, and engage teams to deliver high performance and service excellence. /li liStrong understanding of inventory, cost control, and basic budgeting. /li liExperience in purchasing and supplier coordination. /li liStrong guest service orientation with attention to detail. /li liComfortable working cross-functionally and supporting
