How will you make an impact? You will:
* Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during each interaction, representing the business impeccably.
* Cultivate strong client relationships and develop loyalty.
* Meet individual and boutique targets, including CRM initiatives.
* Deliver operational excellence during and after sales, VM, inventories, etc.
* Act as a supportive team player, adaptable and eager to learn.
* Develop a passion for our creations to enhance your storytelling skills.
How will you experience success with us?
* Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or events.
* Confident, organized, efficient, detail-oriented, results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Supportive team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Solid understanding of retail, KPIs, competitors, and selling ceremonies.
* Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
