PpWe are seeking a Structural / Mechanical FEA Engineer to join our client’s growing team within the space industry. You will play a key role in the structural analysis, design verification. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform structural analyses of radar payloads and subsystems using FEM tools, including: /li liStatic and quasi-static loads /li liDynamic, vibration and shock /li liBuckling and fatigue as applicable /li liDefine, execute, and interpret FEM models to support design decisions and qualification activities /li liStructural sizing and verification against launch and operational loads /li liCollaborate closely with mechanical and thermal design engineers to ensure a robust CAD ↔ FEM loop /li liSupport environmental qualification campaigns (vibration, shock, thermal), including pre-test analysis and post-test correlation /li liPrepare structural analysis reports and qualification documentation /li /ul h3Required Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of structural mechanics and finite element methods /li liProven experience with FEM tools (e.g., Femap/Nastran, Ansys, Abaqus, or equivalent) /li liAbility to build, validate, and correlate FEM models with test results /li liKnowledge of metallic structures; basic understanding of composites /li liFamiliarity with product development lifecycle (concept → qualification → delivery) /li liUnderstanding of environmental loads and space qualification principles (ECSS or equivalent) /li liGood written and spoken English /li /ul pApply today for more information /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
