Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end fraud investigations to protect ING and its customers. You'll collect and analyze forensic traces, coordinate with law enforcement and legal teams, and implement mitigations to prevent losses. You'll work with fraud management and global teams to respond to evolving modus operandi, documenting findings for internal and external audiences. You'll apply data analysis skills to diagnose incidents and drive decisive actions under pressure, shaping prevention efforts and lessons learned.

Responsabilità 5+ years in a complex financial services environment (investigator or data analyst)
Bachelor level education; Forensic ICT or Computer Science education is an advantage
Knowledge/experience in digital fraud investigation and relevant laws and regulations
Structured, proactive, flexible, decisive with independence
Awareness of legal frameworks and ability to work with global/local procedures
Strong data collection, analysis and visualization skills
Effective questioning and communication
Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across countries; culturally aware
Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Demonstrates ING values and behaviors (Orange Code)
