Overview

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on creative execution. Are you a creative powerhouse with experience in crafting captivating ad concepts and designing compelling designs that drive results? Hoot and a Half is seeking a talented individual like you to join our team as a

Designer/Creative Strategist. If you are someone who excels at bridging the gap between

strategic thinking and design execution — someone who enjoys both figuring out what to do and how to do it — we want to hear from you! Your mission at Hoot and a Half:

you will

conceptualize and design

compelling ads across various platforms, including

Meta Ads and Google Ads. Using your expertise in

Adobe Suite and Figma, you will bring our clients\' visions to life.

Responsibilities

Developing

strategic plans

for marketing campaigns, including defining objectives, target audiences, messaging, and creative concepts.

Conducting thorough

market research

to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor strategies to inform ad campaigns.

Transforming concepts into compelling copy and visual designs

that resonate with the target audience.

Utilizing

Adobe Suite and Figma

to create visually engaging ads that align with marketing objectives.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve ad designs.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Prior experience in crafting digital ad campaigns or a relevant creative field is preferred.

Strong understanding of

marketing principles and strategies, including target audience segmentation, brand positioning, campaign optimization, and their application in creatives.

High proficiency in

Adobe Suite

and

Figma .

Strong

writing skills

with the ability to craft persuasive, creative and engaging copy for various marketing channels.

Strong understanding of

Meta Ads and Google Ads

to conceptualize and craft digital ad campaigns.

Experience with

creative optimization, creative strategy and social best practices.

Ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts that effectively communicate brand messages.

Excellent communication

skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and incorporate

feedback

into creative work.

Meticulous

attention to detail

to ensure ad designs are visually appealing, error-free, and align with brand guidelines.

High level of English (C2 level proficiency)

is required.

Experience in designing

both paid and organic social

posts is preferred.

Portfolio

showcasing a diverse range of creative strategy and design projects across different channels and formats.
