Position Description:
As a UI/UX Design Intern, you will get the chance to manage a team, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This internship will be for 3-6 months and remotely. We will allow you to implement your previous theoretical/practical experience in your field into practice.

Responsibilities:
* Providing direction for UI/UX design teams
* Plan and implement new designs
* Optimize existing user interface designs
* Test for intuition and experience
* Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
* Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
* Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
* Create prototypes for new product ideas
* Work closely with the development team to realize prototypes
* Assist the graphic design team
Requirements
* Completed or currently pursuing education in a design-related field (UX, UI, Graphic Design, Media Design, etc.). Note that a Google UX certificate or similar online certification does not apply to this requirement.
* Consistent portfolio with at least 3 UX/UI-related projects (school, personal or real client).
* Proven experience as a designer, UI Designer, UX Designer or a similar role.
* High proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD and medium proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
* Good understanding of Microsoft VS Code, Adobe Dreamweaver, or similar code editor.
* Basic understanding of GitHub is a plus.
* Experience with setting up and editing HTML5 & CSS3 code.
* Basic understanding of Java and/or jQuery is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of UX/UI workflows, including mood boarding, wireframing, High/Low fidelity prototyping, etc.
* Willingness to improve and learn about both (UX & UI) design skills and (HTML & CSS) coding.
* Open attitude towards improving graphic design skills.
* Strong communication skills and a team-building spirit.
* Exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements
Key accountability • Design user-centered digital products from ideation to implementation. • Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. • Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketing, to align design with business goals. • Ensure design consistency across platforms by creating and maintaining style guides and design systems. • Test product usability and iterate based on user feedback. • Optimize existing product experiences for better engagement and functionality. • Assist in the development of brand and visual identity for new products. • Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications • Completed or currently pursuing education in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. (Note: A Google UX certificate or similar online certification does not apply to this requirement.) • A portfolio with at least 3 product or UI/UX-related projects (school, personal, or real client work). • Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or a similar role. • Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD, with a working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. • Familiarity with design thinking, user research methodologies, and prototyping. • Basic understanding of HTML & CSS (experience with JavaScript or jQuery is a plus). • Experience working with design systems and component libraries. • Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to work with developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders. • Attention to detail and an ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs. • Ability to analyze user behavior and improve user experience based on research and testing. • A strong passion for learning, growth, and innovation.
