We are hiring for two key areas of our manufacturing process: Handling Logistics and Finish Paint /p h3About The Role /h3 pAs a bProcess Engineer /b, you will support the design, optimization, and standardization of critical manufacturing processes. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team working closely with Tooling, Documentation, Training, and Operations to ensure smooth and efficient production that meets our Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets. /p pYou will be directly involved in improving day-to-day performance, implementing lean practices, and contributing to technical excellence in either the bHandling Logistics /b or bFinish Paint /b area, depending on your background and interest. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, optimize, and standardize processes for your focus area (Handling Logistics or Finish Paint). /li liDevelop and maintain process roadmaps, specifications, and work instructions. /li liSupport industrialization projects and contribute to process alignment across global sites. /li liApply Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency. /li liUse data and digital tools to monitor performance and improve. /li liSolve production issues using structured problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, etc.). /li liEnsure processes comply with safety and quality standards. /li liCollaborate with other departments and global stakeholders. /li liSpend time on the factory floor to validate and improve process performance. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. /li liExperience levels may vary depending on the role (we are hiring both junior and senior engineers), but it is positive to have experience or knowledge in composite materials fiberglass, carbon fiber, epoxy resins. /li liKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. /li liData analysis for process improvement. /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liMethodical and technical problem-solving skills. /li liStructured and organized approach to work. /li liCommunication skills across functions and cultures. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liAttractive salary + bonus /li liA chance to be part of a global leader in renewable energy. /li liAn adaptive and innovative work environment in our Taranto blades factory. /li liDevelopment opportunities across various seniority levels. /li liThe ability to work in an international and multicultural team. /li /ul pbLocation: /b This position is based in bTaranto, Italy /b.
