Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a strong background in dining room management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Working operationally in the dining room during service;
* Coordinating staff in the dining room, supporting the General Manager;
* Optimizing sales through upselling techniques;
* Reading and generating reports on restaurant KPIs.
