Fmts Lavoro Srl, an employment agency licensed under Aut. Min. R. 0000002 del 05.01.2021, is seeking candidates for a client in the automotive and aeronautical sectors:
Responsibilities:
1. Manage projects related to the Logistics Department independently;
2. Support and assist the logistics team in project management;
3. Conduct thorough analysis of all logistical processes;
4. Prepare reports and statistical analyses;
5. Perform functional analyses and implement management processes based on client requirements and internal objectives;
6. Analyze and coordinate projects aimed at improving operational efficiency;
7. Train staff in Lean methods and techniques (5S, FMEA, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Six Sigma, Kaizen);
8. Assist the Warehouse Manager in defining data collection methods and summarizing productivity, quality, cost, and service level data;
9. Plan production activities;
10. Manage inventories.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate has an academic background in Management Engineering and some experience in modern structured companies as a Logistic Specialist.
Fluent in English and highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Contract type and employment conditions will be discussed during the interview, depending on experience.
