Engage with 3rd party support (hardware or software vendors) to ensure problems are solved within the expected time frames. /li liApply daily routine monitoring and health checks on the systems. Implement automated incident detection and optimize the system monitoring. /li liParticipate in new projects activities, by providing input and solution delivery acceptance, implementing or verifying improvements in processes and work instructions, verifying configuration changes. /li liInteract with customer technical staff, NOC engineers, operation managers and other groups within Service Delivery organization. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liGood team player /li liProblem Solver /li liStrong attitude for learning new technologies and methodologies /li liAbility to perform in stressing and emergency conditions /li liFluency in English /li liPreferred (not mandatory) technical certifications /li /ul h3Not a perfect fit? /h3 pWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
