Key Responsibilities
Deliver an outstanding in‑store experience by welcoming and assisting each client.
Apply deep product and brand knowledge to guide clients toward suitable purchases.
Master storytelling and ask engaging, open‑ended questions.
Build authentic, long‑term relationships that focus on the individual client.
Handle complaints proactively and involve the line manager when required.
Lead the selling floor, drive individual and team objectives, and be accountable for sales results.
Cross‑sell across departments and maximize sales opportunities to meet individual targets and KPIs.
Maintain high visual standards, comply with operational guidelines, and ensure shop floor safety.
Innovate and stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Develop and nurture client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in sales, preferably in structured fashion, luxury, or retail companies.
Experience in intimate and beachwear industry is required.
Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
Strong communication and decision‑making skills.
Open to relocation and continuously evolving within the organization.
Digitally aware and adaptable to new ways of working.
Strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer, and execution.
Language Proficiency Italian and English are mandatory. Any additional language is considered a strong plus.
