Position The administrative / accounting employee will handle activities related to accounting management and general administration, such as: First note; Invoice registration; Shipping document issuance (DDT); Direct contact with banks and suppliers, including foreign ones; Front office and back office activities, general secretariat; Handling and archiving of documents; Supervision of accounting management; Human resources management. Requirements The candidate must have extensive experience in the role. Knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is necessary. Good IT skills, basic administration knowledge, and strong communication, organizational, and relational skills are appreciated. Additional Information An initial fixed-term contract in temporary employment is offered, with the goal of permanent employment. Salary will be evaluated based on experience and skills. Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 18:00.
