The AWS Global Operations Support Engineering (GOSE) team is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to act as a strategic link between business operations, finance and technology teams in relation to Data Center Engineering Operations (DCEO) labor prioritization, resource allocation, modeling, forecasting and productivity. The role requires a results-oriented data-driven mindset. The ideal candidate has experience with creating software development business requirements and financial modeling to support cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing labor data, models, intake, and prioritization processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps and process documentation (as-is and to-be states).
Take full ownership of projects and deliverables with minimal supervision.
Communicate insights and progress clearly with different levels of stakeholders and leadership in various formats both written and verbal.
Act as leader within the program space as you facilitate the alignment and deliverables between external tech teams, Finance, and Operations leadership.
