We are looking for a CMS & Web Content Specialist with experience in WordPress and strong UI/UX design skills. The ideal candidate combines content accuracy, visual sensitivity, and technical capabilities, working closely with cross‑functional teams. Autonomy, precision, and a strong focus on user experience are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Update and publish pages, articles, and landing pages on WordPress.
* Optimize content for visual performance and readability (layout, paragraphs, images, headings).
* Apply basic on-page SEO best practices (title tags, meta descriptions, alt text, optimized URLs).
UI/UX and Content Design
* Create and update wireframes, prototypes, and design systems for new pages or features.
* Propose improvements to navigation, usability, and user experience (desktop and mobile).
Request Management
* Gather requirements from internal teams and conduct preliminary analysis for new implementations with the rest of the team.
* Record and track tasks and requests through dedicated platforms for monitoring and reporting.

Requirements for a Strong Match
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience managing WordPress platforms.

* Basic knowledge of on-page SEO.
* Problem-solving attitude and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
* Experience with design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.
* Experience with responsive and mobile-first projects.
