As a key member of a dynamic team, you will work closely with global, regional, and country business stakeholders, along with country training teams, to create training toolkits, develop engaging content, and track impact to drive continuous improvement and deliver strong results. Your contributions will strengthen the core capabilities of Amplifon shop professionals across countries, enhancing every stage of the employee life cycle: from onboarding and performance development to change management.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Toolkit Creation & Learning Design:
o You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather business/technical content and translate it into accessible, engaging, and actionable training materials incorporating best practices, trends and interactive visuals (e.g., infographics, flowcharts).
o You will leverage performance metrics to assess and segment the target population, recommend the most effective methodology, and improve content effectiveness.
o You will be part of the organization of workshops and cross-functional meetings to gather insights, evaluate methodologies and generate new ideas.
* Communication & Engagement:
o You will support the design of compelling communication campaigns and visually appealing materials to drive excitement, create hype and learner commitment.
o You will collaborate with the Global Team to foster engagement within the global training community through existing routines and other touchpoints leveraging interactive tools to enhance participation.
* Impact Measurement & Data Visualization:
o You will use performance metrics and training data to evaluate program effectiveness, drive decisions around program and content enhancements, generate post-mortem and other relevant insights, and create data-driven reports for continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Management, Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Marketing & Communication
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training department in the retail industry with an understanding of sales dynamics and customer interactions
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in Italian & English (both written and verbal)
* At least 1 year of direct experience in delivering classroom training sessions
* Solid in project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously, showing great organizational skills and attention to detail
* Knowledge and mastery of most common Learning Management Systems
* Like to work with people, interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified, multicultural group of people
* Open to learning and with a proactive attitude
* Used to work with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and possess an excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Teams,..)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in designing and developing comprehensive training solutions with use of instructional design tools (i.e. Articulate360, Synthesia, etc…).
* Familiarity with learning analytics tools and methodologies to track training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Background in Audiology and/or experience in the Hearing Care industry
