Join an international company, recognized as an expert in its field, and take on a mission focused on HR personnel administration across EMEAR regions, in a bilingual English capacity. You will oversee a workforce of 300 employees spanning several European countries for a six-month duration.
Position Setup:
You will be based in Milan, with office attendance limited to one day per week, offering excellent flexibility while collaborating with a dynamic team.
Reporting to the Global People Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting employees at every stage of their professional journey. Your expertise and ability to coordinate HR operations across various countries will ensure the efficient functioning of HR processes within the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
Administrative Management and Operational Support:
Assist HR managers in recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees:
drafting employment contracts and amendments, managing administrative files, creating profiles in the HRIS system, organizing annual reviews, etc.
Occasionally handle the drafting of disciplinary letters and matters related to the Works Council (CSE).
HR Monitoring and Coordination:
Ensure the collection and tracking of payroll variable elements.
Serve as the point of contact for addressing HR-related inquiries from employees within your scope.
Collaborate with regional HR managers to oversee European employee benefit programs, as needed.
Manage and secure HR files while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
Additional Responsibilities:
Prepare HR reports for management and the finance department.
Support the annual performance review process in Europe by aligning inter-regional approaches.
Contribute to the development and refinement of HR procedures aligned with departmental goals.
Assist in rolling out new HR policies to ensure smooth transitions for employees and managers.
Your Profile and Skills:
Bachelor's degree (+3 years) in Human Resources or equivalent.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with HR systems.
Minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience, including solid expertise in HR coordination and administration.
Strong knowledge of European labor regulations.
Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and communication abilities.
In Milan :
Full remote, 35H/week.
