* Use security tools such as IAM/PAM, EDR/XDR, Email Security, CASB and DLP;
* Provide support to theCustomer in processes related to the services provided, understood as technical and management support;
* Identify key elements to increase the level of visibility of security anomalies to manage them promptly.**Education:**Degree in STEM disciplines, preferably in IT, or equivalent education.**Seniority:**Junior/Expert: 2 - 5 years of experience.**Technical and IT knowledge and skills:*** Knowledge of Linux/Unix, MS Windows Server, MS Azure systems;
* Knowledge of programming languages (Python/Bash)* In-depth knowledge of Privilege Access Management systems and the management of its components and configurations;
* Excellent knowledge ofAV, EDR/XDR systems;
* Excellent knowledge ofAntispam and Email Security systems;
* Good knowledge of the CASB service;
* Good knowledge of TCP/IP protocols;
* Good knowledge of Cyber Security issues.**Language skills:**Knowledge of the English language at least level B2.**Behavioral skills:*** Ability and autonomy to manage complex activities;
* Customer orientation and teamwork to achieve business objectives;
